You loathe typical real estate bios. Don’t worry, I do, too. They’re like the cardboard boxes you’re packing your stuff in- stiff, bland, and identical to every other bio out there. Instead of boasting ad nauseum about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in, I’m taking the novel approach of actually giving you what you want- real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.
 
Will you return my calls and emails? Yes. Without question. I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I get dozens of calls and emails daily, and I work hard to reply as soon as possible.
I’ve met many Realtors who are arrogant and overly aggressive- jerks. Are you?
Depends on who you ask. If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they may say “yes”. A handful of people think I leave glitter and rainbows every where I go. Those are the two extremes, and most people’s opinions falls somewhere in the middle. Here’s what I can tell you: I’m honest and candid. I take extreme pride in being friendly and approachable. And if you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, you’re in the right place. Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values. Want to find out if I’m a jerk? Mess with one of those people.
Do you have experience doing exactly what I need? Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing.These are strong suits of mine:
  • Working with first time and seasoned Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and Investors
  • Assisting out of the area clients and those relocating to the valley
  • Proudly helping military families with their housing needs
  • Being an ambassador for Phoenix’s greatest neighborhoods

What kind of work are you really good at? On a personal level, I’m pretty good at baking (cookies especially), and I’m not too shabby at making people feel good (I’ve been told I’m funny... and very nice). I love to get my hands dirty gardening, get my exercise by biking through my hood with my rescue dog, volunteering and working on my vintage home.
I also love to listen to 80’s music (or as it’s called- “old people music”), big trivia fan, and party like it’s 1999.On a professional level, here are the skill-sets I’ve developed:
  • Staying up-to-date on the economy, changing laws, and news that impacts the housing market
  • Talking people off the ledge
  • Handling objections
  • Remaining calm in stressful situations
  • Treating people with respect
  • Listening to concerns, frustrations, needs, wants, and whatever you’re willing to tell me. Unfortunately, this is a lost art these days.
  • Negotiating the BEST deal for my clients (even if it’s not the lowest!)
  • cutting edge digital marketing, tech and gadget skill proficiency that I employ for your sale or home search.
  • Highly-trained Project Manager
Where do you work? I cover Midtown and Downtown Phoenix and the Historic Neighborhoods as my area of expertise, but know the entire Valley of the sun well. If I don’t know your area/market well, I will refer you to someone who does and who shares my work ethic in a heartbeat.
If you like what you read and think we’d be a great fit, but Phoenix isn’t your home, or you’re too far out for me to properly service you, I know agents who share the same work ethic (and sense of humor) all over the world. I am always happy to recommend someone who will take the same excellent care that I would!
What do clients think of you? My clients are better suited to answer this for you. I haven’t been great at asking for reviews (it’s hard asking for compliments!). I’m working on collecting reviews on Facebook and Google now.
